Hot Girl Walk

Fitness enthusiasts and TikTok trend followers will know about this: the ‘Hot Girl Walk’, a trend that took TikTok by storm. Picture this: trendy apparel, inspirational messaging, and outdoor events that make you feel like a hot girl on the move!

A Delaware fitness brand called Hot Girl Walk is claiming to be the true pioneer of the "hot girl walk" movement. They sell cool clothes and host events, all under the name ‘Hot Girl Walk’.

But now another business called M&L MIA LLC, formerly known as Hot Girl Walk Miami has stepped into the ring, and Hot Girl Walk isn’t happy about it. They are so unhappy that they filed a lawsuit down in Florida, accusing M&L MIA LLC of infringing on their well-known ‘Hot Girl Walk’ trademark.

The real brains behind the Hot Girl Walk is Amelia Lind. She says she came up with the concept back in 2021, and – smart enough - she got the name trademarked with the US Patent and Trademark Office. The juicy story behind all this is, Lind tried to bring these Miami "hot girls" under her Hot Girl Walk United program. But things didn't go as planned, and now it's a full-on legal battle.

The legal drama unfolds on Instagram too! The Hot Girl Walk Miami page mysteriously vanished into thin air, and the Miami duo's recent events are now known as "Girls on the Walk Miami." Will this be the end of the walk?
